I just looked up the Festival d’Été de Québec, that’s a very big venue. I’m impressed the price is so low, it seems like a genuine place indeed!

I think that this “spirit” is to be found on a case-by-case basis — and that it’s just about how you feel when going to a certain festival really, as you expressed.
